WOK’n FIRE is a sushi-stir fry-bar and restaurant. They have a gluten free menu. One of our favorite appetizers is the summer rolls. They are shrimp and rice noodles wrapped in rice paper. They are not on the gluten free menu but they are gluten free. You have to ask for them gluten free as the sauces are different. The gluten free sauce will be orange and tastes like a sweet and sour as the one that is NOT gluten free is a peanut sauce. They have gluten free tamari sauce that they can bring you. The chili sauce is not gluten free as they water down with soy sauce. You can sometimes ask the manager to bring you some that has no soy in it if they have any separate. They do have criracha sauce which is a hot sauce. We also enjoy the sushi, sashimi and maki rolls on the gluten free menu. Their cooked dishes such as the fish are also good. The grilled Mahi Mahi is one of our favorite dishes. The pad thai is good as you can add your own protein to it or just get vegetables. Our rating is 5.8.
