White Chocolate Grill-Naperville, IL is a fresh american grill with White Chocolate inspired desserts.  They have a gluten free menu with a variety of options.  The servers were very knowledgeable about celiac disease.  As always, if you feel more comfortable ask for a manager.  We felt comfortable ordering from the server that we had.  They do not have a separate kitchen but do have a procedure in place.  We have had their Shrimp Cocktail which comes with eight large shrimp served with jalapenos and cocktail dipping sauces.  Not to be missed is their Tomato Gin Soup which is their house specialty and contains fire roasted tomatoes, cream, mushrooms and smoked bacon.  It is then topped with Tanqueray Gin so you must be 21 to enjoy.  If you are looking for a salad their Caprese Salad has fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and basil in a balsamic reduction.  You can get a Bunless Cheeseburger or Bunless Grilled Chicken Sandwich if you are looking for something light.  For a more hearty meal, the Barbecued Baby Back Ribs, which are always natural, hormone/antibiodic free ribs and New York Strip are delicious.  For the ocean side of you, the Idaho Trout and Perfectly Grilled Atlantic Salmon are excellent.  The best part of the meal is the Silky Chocolate Souffle Cake which is served warm with Creme Anglaise and whipped Cream.  Our rating is 7.0.
