They have a gluten free menu and every item is sourced locally when possible and prepared from scratch using the finest ingredients. Their gluten free menu has a wide variety of options to choose from. Their servers are very knowledgable about the gluten free menu and procedures. We felt very comfortable with them. It is always good to talk to the chef or manager if you have any questions or doubts. The homemade chips are not to be missed. There are a variety of salads to choose from. The Big Sky Grilled is a unique salad where you can pick your protein. Your choices are bison, beef, chicken and cedar plank salmon. They also have great burgers. Not to be missed is the All Natural Bison Burger. You can pick a variety of toppings to go on your burger. They also offer a gluten free bun and you also can eat the fries. That is a plus since you can’t get fries that are gluten free in many places. If you are wanting a bigger meal, we have had their Cedar Plank Salmon and Ted’s Bison Filet. They also have a Salt-and-Pepper Trout and a Kansas City Strip Bison Steak. A few of the sides are Parmesan Roasted Broccoli, Buttered Carrots and Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
