Ruscello is located at Nordstrom in the Oak Brook Center Mall. We had the Grilled Vegetable Salad. It has organic baby greens, romaine lettuce, asparagus, yellow squash, zucchini, corn, tomatoes, avocado, parmesan cheese and dijon balsamic vinaigrette. We replaced with the cilantro lime vinaigrette. Both of the dressings are gluten free. Also, replaced the romaine lettuce and baby greens with arugula. It was grilled to perfection and the parmesan cheese was freshly shaved. We sat at the bar and the bartender, Adriana, was very knowledgeable. Asked her how they prepare the food and she said that if you need it prepared separately then she would make sure the chef knew. We would recommend letting them know that you need it prepared separate so they can take the extra precaution. The menu is not gluten free but the items that can be made gluten free are marked with a cross. Our rating is 6.8.
