Mon Ami Gabi Las Vegas is a charming french bistro located in the Paris Hotel. They offer a gluten free items with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mon Ami Gabi is a Lettuce Entertainment establishment. The servers are very knowledgeable regarding gluten free food. Mon Ami Gabi cooks their gluten free food in a separate area so you know you are safe and they also put a wooden stick in your food with the word allergy on it. We went there for breakfast and we had the gluten free eggs benedict with poached eggs, chick pea croutons and hollandaise vert sauce. Mon Ami Gabi also offers the eggs benedict on gluten free toast if you prefer. We thought the chick pea croutons were great and a different twist on eggs benedict. The hollandaise vert sauce was green had a fresh taste to it and was very light. Mon Ami Gabi has a great view of the Bellagio Fountains so while eating the fountains will dance for you. Mon Ami Gabi also offers a variety of omelets. Check with your server as to which ones are gluten free. Mon Ami Gabi also offers fresh squeezed orange juice and if you would like something with more of a kick to it they do offer gluten free vodka for your bloody mary. Great way to start the morning in Vegas!!!! Our rating is a 6.9.
