Graziano’s Brick Oven Pizza-Niles, IL

Graziano’s Brick Oven Pizza in Niles, IL has traditional Italian food and wood-oven pizzas served in a rustic loft space.  There is not a gluten free menu but the items that are gluten free are marked.  The gluten free menu that is online is not available in the restaurant.  Management said that it has changed and they have not updated the menu online.  The safest way to order is to call and ask for a manager.  The servers are knowledgeable but we still recommend that you ask for a manager. There are a variety of gluten free options. They do not have a separate kitchen but do try and prepare the food in a separate area. We felt comfortable with their procedure after we spoke with the manager.  We had them make the Grilled Calamari gluten free for us.  They made it with lemon, olive oil and oregano and it was fantastic.   We also had the Roasted Homemade Sausage and Peppers that came with caramelized and tri-colored peppers and both appetizers were very tasty. We ordered the gluten free Melanzana Brick Oven Pizza.  It came with roasted eggplant, wood roasted seasonal vegetables, mozzarella and goat cheese.  The gluten free crust was very thin, crunchy and had a great taste to it.  The pizza is not to be missed.  We also had the gluten free Grilled Chicken Parmesan which is made with gluten free Tinkyada Organic Brown Rice Fusilli Pasta.  You would never have know it was gluten free.  Definitely a restaurant that you will want to try!  Our rating is 7.0.
