Giada is at the Cromwell Hotel located on the strip. Emmy Award-Winning Celerity Chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first restaurant. Giada does not have a separate gluten free menu but the gluten free items are marked on their breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The menu consists of Italian cuisine with a California influence. The manager Kyle Cardin was amazing. He helped with the menu and also brought us items so we could review such as the Bloody Mary mix, Beer and Lemoncello. Giada has two gluten free beers and also a gluten free Bloody Mary mix which is all natural. For breakfast at Giaida we had the Caprese Frittata which consists of three eggs, fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes and basil with Prosciutto di Parma. They also brought a gluten free roll which is homemade along with butter and a few gluten free jams. It was an amazing breakfast and our favorite. We also had a Bloody Mary that was made with their natural Bloody Mary mix. It was an amazing Bloody Mary that was topped with Italian twist. They have a variety of vodkas for you to choose from in case you are not able to have vodka made from grains. The manager at Giada was very helpful and made sure everything that we ordered was safe. He also brought out the two gluten free beers for us to read what it consisted of and also the Bloody Mary mix. He mentioned that at Giada they want to make sure the food and mixes are fresh. We went back for dinner and had the imported burrata with cabernet salt, caper pesto and lemon zest for an appetizer. For dinner we had the spaghetti with shrimp lemon and basil that we swapped out for gluten free pasta and salmon. Last but not least they brought us a special gluten free dessert that was amazing. They also have a gluten free Lemoncello. That is great to have as an after dinner drink. We definitely loved Giada. They took the preparation very seriously. Giada is a must on our list the next time we are in Las Vegas. Our rating is 6.7.
