DaLuciano’s is our favorite gluten free restaurant. The restaurant is owned by Luciano and Rosalia Liberi along with their son Ignazio Liberi. Four of their six children were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Over 20 years ago they opened this family restaurant in River Grove, IL and offered a gluten free menu. They have a separate kitchen dedicated to preparing and cooking the meals. We have been going there for years. Our most recent meal started with Homemade Bread, Fried Calamari, a Personal Pizza with fresh tomato and basil. Our dinner was Pasta Vodka made to order with the Vodka of your choice and Eggplant Parmigiana. Desert was a Homemade Cannoli. They also offer Sweet Ali’s cupcakes. The gluten free menu has many choices and we plan on eating our way through the entire menu many times! They have a take-out menu and also offer catering options. Our rating is 7.0.
